He is survived by: his brother Gregory; his former wife Jane Smearman of Uniontown Pennsylvania; his wife Sara Crosby; his son Duane Lemmon (Miki); his stepchildren, Stacy Hainke and Stevens; and his brothers, Tom (Ginny), Ed (Connie) and Greg (Barbara). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.
