She is survived by: her parent-in-law Ascencion "Jim" Vera; her siblings, Sue Carlsen (Dale) and Fran Smeath; and her children, Mary Lynn Riggs (Will), Richard Thornton Jr., Debbie Mortensen (Gordon), Donald Thornton, Sharon Montgomery (Micah), Carol Thornton, Janet Liddiard (Scott) and Kolakhane Phetmysai (Phonethip). She is also survived by 27 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
