He was predeceased by: his daughter Jessica (Chad). He is survived by: his wife June G. Fordham; his children, Kenneth Dustin and Brittany (Tyson); and his siblings, Cherrie, Tina, Teresa and Dennis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations are being accepted to support the funeral costs through his daughter, Brittany's Venmo account, @brittany-adams-168.
