He is survived by: his wife Jodie Lynne; his children, Curtis Cook, Derrick Castagno (July), Rachelle Goff (Cody), Nick Castagno (Jessica) and Janessa Ashcraft (Sam); and his sisters, Karen and Kristine.
Viewing will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Didericksen Memorial (87 W Main St, Grantsville, UT 84029). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
