He was predeceased by: his daughter Selena Marie Higley; his parents, Wallace Higley and Lorna Higley; and his brother David Higley (Cathryn). He is survived by: his wife Betty Higley; his children, Christian Deussen (Leah), Sara Fratto (Alan), KC Higley (Hope), Enrique Higley, Madison Suarez (Jose), Adriana Madsen (Michael) and DJ Higley (Jamie); his siblings, Mark Higley, Lynn Higley (Dana) and Annette Ceracera (Tony); his friends, Alan Rowley, Mel, Dale and Gordon Stewart; and his daughter Selina. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
