He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Benson Nelson of Goshen and Eda Mae Bartholomew of Fayette, Utah.. He is survived by: his wife Joan Sharon Mitchell of Nyssa; his son Lyle Reid; and his sisters-in-law, Karen Fife, Lynnette (Milt) and Hansen. He is also survived by 8 grand children, 7 great grandchildren.
