He is survived by: his wife Yauna; his children, Stacey Douglas, Travis Cook, Clint Deveraux (Jason) and Michelle Kuether (Brad); his siblings, Bobbie Hyde (Paul), Harvey Cook (Lynette) and David Cook (Kristie); and his sister-in-law Tammy Cook. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
