He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen Theurer and Mildred Elizabeth Belisle Warner. He is survived by: his wife Pat Dibble; his children, Kevin Warner (Heather), Kristel Warner, Jeff Warner (Heather), Tyler Warner (Bethany), Travis Warner (Coral) and Carrie Dance (Duke); and his siblings, Elizabeth Balle (John), Gayle Foster (John) and Philip 'Bo' Warner (Joanne). He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and other extended family and friends.
