He was predeceased by: his parents, I. Cornell Chamberlain and Sylvia J. Chamberlain of Glendale, UT.. He is survived by: his wife Mary Joan Chamberlain (Coombs); his children, Kenneth C. Chamberlain (Cheryl), Laurel Lee Martinelli (Ed), David Coombs Chamberlain (Vicki) and Joanna Chamberlain Thomsen (Scott); his sisters, Juanita Esplin (Lynn) and Corinne Pugh (Maurice); and his grandson Edward Allan Martinelli III. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
