He is survived by: his wife Elaine Coleman; his children, Beverly Morgan (Bill), Barbara Camacho (Danny), Ray Spencer (Kori), Lynn Spencer (Kathryn), Kyle Spencer (Rachel), Janae Foulger (West) and Kari MacInnis; his siblings, Emily Anderson (Keith), Dale Spencer (Mary Ellen), Carla Carlson (Gordon) and Jerry Spencer; and his sisters-in-law, Donna Spencer and Juanita Brinkerhoff Spencer. He is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren.
