It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Philip Jacobson Spjut of Garland, Utah, who passed away on May 17, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Swen Algot Spjut and Linnea Jacobson Spjut; his son Timothy Alan Spjut; his great grandchild Scottie Lynn; and his siblings, Dr. Harlan Spjut, Inez Ricks, Doris Shurtliff and Nancy Slawson.
He is survived by: his wife Maida; his children, David, Randal James Spjut, GayLyn White (Russell), Lisa Marie Carter (Craig) and Morgan; and his daughter-in-law Kathleen Jensen (Russell).
