It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fanette Spencer of Garland, Utah, born in Tremonton, Utah, who passed away on November 20, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, James Frank and Irene Hill; her daughter Joette; and her siblings, Gene, Zella, Annalee and Joelene.
She is survived by: her former husband Richard Spencer; her children, Gary Spencer (Pat) and Julie Fransen (Hubert); and her sister Janie Pugsley (Jim). She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren, and many Great Grandchildren.
