He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Cleone Rodriguez, Isabel Rodriguez and Pedro Rodriguez; his uncle Bret Thompson; and his aunt Carol Lewis.

He is survived by: his father Alejandro Mejia; his children, Trinity Beatrice Winn and Isayah J Mejia-Rodriguez; and his significant other Jordan Erickson.
