He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Edward Clarke, Sr. and Antonia Dubbeld; his sister Donna Ann Clarke; and also Thomas Edward Clarke III. He is survived by: his former wife Sharon Morgan Clarke; his children, Colleen Clarke (Teresa Perkins), Kim Olsen (Steve), Wendy Wallace (Brian), Mike Clarke (Michelle) and Kristy Burrell (George); and his sisters, Joyce Jensen and Dolores Bullough. He is also survived by 36 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
