He was predeceased by: his wife Carla Marie Madsen; his grandson Christian Goodrich; and his great grandchild Micky Bendall. He is survived by: his daughters, Jan Goodrich (Kevin), Paula Seaman and Karen Bendall (Lynn); and his sister Dorothy Nelson. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren.
