She was predeceased by: her parents, Levi Shepherd and Carol Shepherd; her son David Perry; and her granddaughter Kortney Jo Perry. She is survived by: her husband Donald Perry; her children, Donna Amen, Annalee Perry, Danny Perry (Audrey), Chester Perry, Fuzzy Perry (Joleen) and Kris Samuels (Jerry); and her grandchildren, Clay, Trista, Audrey, Kayla, Rusty, Raquel, Garrett, Michael, Shadaya, Kristen, Mitchel, Brayden, Katie, Alyssa and Bryson.
