He is survived by: his parents, Vernon "Bun" Christensen and Rose Marie Martin; his former spouses, Luella Brock and Tracey Chapoose; his children, Shauna Traphagan of Wyoming, Patrick and Charlie Christensen; and his siblings, Jens Christensen, Rena Chivers (Gab), Pam Christensen and Vernal. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, aunts, and uncles.
