He is survived by: his children, Richard Jenks, Jr. of Randlett, Fabian Jenks of Randlett, Tammy John of Randlett and Margie Whiteplume (Richard); and his siblings, Earnest Jenks of Ouray, Violet Jenkins of Ouray, Jason of Ouray, Percy Jenks of Ouray and Jolene Jenks. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren.
