She was predeceased by: her parents, John Nick and Virginia Brock Nick; her husband Nasario Vernal "Jerry" Martinez; her children, Linda Nick, Gerald and Larson Martinez; her grandchildren, Nicholas Murray, Les, Otis, Keanon Manning and Heaven LaRose; and her siblings, Alice Clay, LaDean Groves, Helen White, Floyd and Otis Nick.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Ortiz of Fresno, CA, Tracie Manning (Yellowstone Subdivision), Adam Martinez (Sunshine Acres) and Chanel Manning; and her sister Evanell Bear. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren.
