He was predeceased by: his parents, Bishop Arrowchis and Dorothy Mae Samora Arrowchis; his children, Michael Jr. and Buffy Arrowchis; his siblings, Beverly Jean Arrowchis, Elaine Joyce Murdock and Lina Marie Arrowchis; and his parents-in-law, Stanley and Cleo Womack.
He is survived by: his former wives, Janet Ridley and Linda Hackford; his wife Connie Cleo Womack; his daughters, Melisa Arrowchis Pedraza (Chris) of Ft. Duchesne and Stephanie Cuch (Jonathan); his grandchildren, Shay Wopsock (Chelsea Kidd), Sophia Arrowchis, Roberta "Bertie" Cesspooch, Jessica, Loreesa Black and Myah Cuch; and his siblings, Frank Arrowchis (Glenda), Lloyd Carl Arrowchis and Marie Zahne Arrowchis (Kee). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
