He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinand Sr. Manning and Martha McKowen Manning; his granddaughter Leona Myore Kamai; his great grandchildren, Noelaini Kamai and Ruckus Perank; and his siblings, Albert Manning, Virginia LaRose, Clifton Manning, Eleanor Manning and Margaret Jack.
He is survived by: his children, Devere Manning of Ft. Duchesne, Matilda Tapoof of Ft. Duchesne and Uleeta Myore; and his brothers, Earl Manning (Katherine), Everett Manning (Sandra), Raymond Manning, Emmett Manning and Roosevelt. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
