He is survived by: his wife Betsy Ann Halsey of Flowell, UT; his children, Meiah Kailynn Izenberg and Sammantha Kailee Izenberg; his mother Colleen Halsey of Flowell, UT; his siblings, Dusty Stevens (Stephanie) of Fillmore, UT, Troy (Sonya), Debi Reid (John) of Payson, UT, Jon Halsey (Christie) and Salt; his parents-in-law, Dave and Salt; his brother-in-law Anthony Izenberg (Heather); and his grandfather-in-law Carmen Davies. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
