He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil O. "Pete" Neely and Lady D Finley Neely. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Neely of Fillmore; and his sons, Mike Neely (Cherry) of Carson City, NV, Pete Neely (Michelle) of Chester, CA and Andy Pearce of Meadow, UT.
