He was predeceased by: his parents, Col. Frederick W. Dyer and Dorothy Ann Cain Dyer; and his brother Theodore W. Dyer (Cindy). He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Duke; his daughters, Annette Vanvleet (Jack), Wendy Jo Frost (Chris) and Megan Macaluso (Joey); his stepchildren, Brook Bartlett, Codee Bolinder (Jason) and Jimmy Kemp (Kresta); and his sisters, Annette Dobias and Katherine Riley (Bruce). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
