He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Waters and Dawn Cluff Waters. He is survived by: his daughters, Stacie Kennett (Patrick) of Casa Grande, AZ and Erin Anderson of American Fork, UT; and his brother Danny Waters of Fillmore, UT. He is also survived by many friends and cousins.
