He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dell LaVoy Starley Sr. and Renee Edwards Starley; his former wife Patsy Bushnell Starley; his sons, Steven LaVoy Starley Sr. and Joshua Davies Startin; his wife Susan Startin Starley; his children, Janette Starley Conz (Mark), Brian Clinton Starley (Laura), Denice Starley (LaVelle), Lisa Starley (Edmund), Jad G Startin (Claudia), Marcie Starley Wilde (Jason), Marcia Starley Anderson (Bryan), Cody Kesler Startin (Aubry), Jason Kyle Starley (Trishia) and Kenzie Lauren Price; and his siblings, Wayne Starley (Jeanne), Helen Quarnberg (Bert), John Starley (Sharla), Scott Starley (Gerri), Geneal Mays (Ray) and Janeen Hare (Mike). He was also cherished by 39 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
