He is survived by: his wife Julene Ashby; and his children, Tina Smith (Dale), James Ashby (Sharon), Tranette Carlisle (Dave), Kevin Ashby (Sarah), Balinda Whetstone (Robert), Bart Ashby (Peggy), Alice Christensen (Rod), David Ashby (Maria), Jared Ashby (Camille), Elizabeth Decker (Karl), Farina Buttars (Steve), Ruth Palmer (Brent) and Miriam Sagers (Bob). He is also survived by 57 grandchildren; 104 great grandchildren and 9 great-great grandchildren and 54 spouses.
