We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2023, at the age of 63, Curtis LaDell Ainsworth of Fielding, Utah, born in Murray, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Ainsworth and Jean Ainsworth; and his brother Dennis Ainsworth. He is survived by: his wife Sherrie; his children, Hayden Ainsworth, Hanna Seeholzer (Ian), Hailee Jensen (Rowdy), Heidi Ainsworth and Harrison Ainsworth; his sisters, LeeAnn Ainsworth Medina, Phyllis Ainsworth, Anniston Seeholzer, Raegan Seeholzer and Bodhi Jensen; and also Olivia Ainsworth. He is also survived by his four grandchildren.
