She was predeceased by: her mother Phyllis Virginia Chapman; her husband Lee Wareham; her father Frank Chapman; and her grandson Kayce Jones. She is survived by: her children, Kelly Peterson (Ken) of Gillette, WY., Kevin Wareham (Deanni) of Ferron, Colette Weinstock of Ferron and Corey Wareham; and her brother Max Chapman. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
