He is survived by: his parents, Ralph Worthen and Loretta Parker Worthen; his children, Dyson Gorman, Salt, Shalynn Gorman (Nolan), Parker Worthen, Tyse Gorman (Hannah), Jarom B. Worthen and Taevyen Worthen; his granddaughter Allison Platt; and his siblings, Anthony Worthen (Anneleigh), Andrea Hales (Mark), Dustin Worthen (Teresa) and McKayla Wigington (Bodee). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
