She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Jones and Vonda Sherman Jones; her stepmother Lavarda DeFriez Jones; and her siblings, Larry and Valaine.

She is survived by: her children, Margaret Gonzalez (Rafael) of Riverton and Joseph Nelson (Maxine) of Sturgis, Michigan.; her husband Jim; and her sister Glenna Kofford (Gary). She is also survived by children, 7 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.
