He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Newton Austin and Cora Mae Pincock; and his brother Gene Austin. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hicks; and his children, David Stone (Sandy), Vaunette Coache (Bob), Pam Grogan (Mike) and Shauna Barbato (Kevin). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
