He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Marcus, Helen Stephens, Leon and Margene Murray; his stepfather Grant Dance; and his daughter Mandy.

He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Lee Stephens (Barbara) and Frances Ann Murray; his wife Jamie; his children, Jessica Hyde (Derek), Jacoby Stephens (Katie), Megan Moore (Devin) and Makenzie Stephens; and his grandchildren, Jordan, Hayden, Paxton, Carson, Paisley and Maelyn. He is also survived by his wife, his children and his grandchildren.

Due to COVID-19, numbers are limited for the funeral service and will be reserved for the family, but the service will be streamed live via Myers Mortuary.
