He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dwight Foster and Louise Foster; his siblings, Paul and Juanita; his wife Vicki; and his children, David Foster, Tamera George, Robert (Camala Stock) and Alice (Shane Welsh). He was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
