He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jack B. Worthen (Bonnie) and Grace Hoopes; and his siblings, Mark Worthen (Shelly), Kimberly Hewson (Tom), Gary Worthen (Jamie), Jeff Worthen, Mike Worthen and Michelle Smith (Bill). He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
