She was predeceased by: her sisters, Carolyn Washburn and Sue Archibald; and her husband Grover. She is survived by: her brother Dee; her sister-in-law Chris Giles; and her children, Taylor (Jan), Tamara Schow (Randy), John (Lisa) and Rachel Wells (Jeff). She is also survived by 18 Grandchildren and 42 Great Grandchildren.
Surrounded by family, Vera passed peacefully from this life after fighting for breath following a struggle against Covid related Pneumonia on January 20, 2022, in Layton, Utah at the age of 87.
