It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Suzanne Blake (Farmington, Utah), who passed away on February 14, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Leon Holt Blake; her children, Darcy Ann Miller (Chris), Brett Allen Blake (Erin), Brady Ryan Blake (Gina), David Carlisle Blake (Bobbi Jo), Mark Loy Blake (Julianne) and Brock Joshua Blake (Kimberlee); and her parents, Doris Louis Conner and Benton Roderick Hargreaves. She was also cherished by her 27 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
