She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Peavey and Louise Peavey (Stratton); and her sisters, Juliet Parent (Peavey) and Priscilla Peavey. She is survived by: her husband Keith G. Hepler Sr.; her sons, Keith Hepler (Heidi), Kenneth Hepler (Boni) and Eric Hepler (Lisa); and her brothers, Laurence Peavey (Sharon) and David Peavey (Laura). She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren.
In honor of Rosemary's memory, donations may be made to the ASPCA, reflecting her lifelong love of animals.
