He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Owen and Maude Asyneth Duncan Mayfield; and his wife Gayle Wood Mayfield. He is survived by: his former wife Mary Diane Benson; and his children, Debra Bastian (Steven), Marsha Lovell (Franklin), Ryan Mayfield (Debi) and Kevin Mayfield.
Viewing was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 9:45 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Farmington Rock Chapel (272 N Main St, Farmington, UT 84025).
