He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard R. Francis and Viola Fry Francis; and his sister Geraldine Randall. He is survived by: his wife Caroldyn S Francis; his children, Debbie Sprague (Tyler), Karen Holbrook (Steve), Janet Francis Hamblin, Janice Mangus (Kirk), Susie Beers (Bob) and Rick Francis (Triscia); and his caregivers, Danita, Deana, Laura and Melina. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 42 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
Viewing was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Russon Mortuary & Crematory - Farmington (1941 N Main St, Farmington, UT 84025). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
