He was predeceased by: his grandfather Dean Huggins; his parents, Elaine Huggins and Odell Huggins; his siblings, Vernon, Frank, Steve and Myrna; and his children, Tommy (Tina), Linda and Christina.
He is survived by: his sister Charlene; his children, Sharon, Colleen (Susan), Dionne, Laurie (Tommy), Brandy (Ralph), Tammy (Jennifer), Summer and Frankie (Alexis); his daughters-in-law, Tiny and Lexi; and his granddaughter Brittany. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grandkids.
