She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank William Mangum and Ina Margaret Markham Mangum; and her siblings, Janice Bluth, DeeAnna Harris and Fredrick Anthony Mangum (Tony).
She is survived by: her husband Radley M Lewis; her children, Randy W Lewis (Wanda), Lora Lewis, Michael V Lewis (Kap), Trish Jacobson (Brent), Sherrie Floyd (Bryan) and Jeff Lewis; and her sister Mary Squire. She is also survived by 35 grandchildren and 51 great-grandchildren.
