She was predeceased by: her parents, Weldon Simkins and Trelma Barlow; and her husband Jack Halladay. She is survived by: her sister Creo Rule; and her children, Jackie Collins (Jon), Brett Halladay (Amy) and Mike Halladay. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
