He is survived by: his wife Linda Smith; his sisters, Mary Ann Garner (Bruce) and Rebecca Leonard; his children, Trent, Cindy Leonard, Melanie Leonard, Lisa Leonard, Dan Milam, Chad, Claudia Leonard, Jeremy, Nicole Leonard, Truman, Prentice, Cardon, Chambers, Anders, Melissa, Jeff Larsen, Ryan and Samantha Leonard (Jameson); his great grandchildren, Nash, Kai, Mylo, Ella, Jaxson and Hagen; and his friend Dr. Scott Moulton.
