He was predeceased by: his mother-in-law Lugene West; and his brother-in-law David West. He is survived by: his parents, Rulon Duncan and Louise Shirts Duncan; his wife Christine West; his daughters, Kate Higginson (Mitchell), Hailey Cox (Kalen) and Rachel Duncan; his siblings, Anne Spackman (Mike), Collin Duncan (Brooke), Bryan Duncan (Jamie) and Brad Duncan (Kelley); his father-in-law Brian West; and his siblings-in-law, Michael West (Jennifer), Laura Schmidt (Mike), Alisa Crosland (Shawn) and Stephanie Fowler (Cole). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Gardens Chapel (9 W 550 S, Kaysville, UT 84037).
