She was predeceased by: her parents, James Bennett and Dolores Bennett; her husband Carl Nevan Transue; her daughter Lori Marie Transue; and her siblings, Colleen and James.

She is survived by: her children, Carl Nevan Transue Jr., Sandy Jo Hansen, Cheryl Ann Winfield (Daniel), Nancy Lee Gardner (Keith), Markie Lynn Transue and Kelly Kaye Hart (Christopher); and her grandchildren, Tyler, Ashley, Brandon and Allegheny.
