She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Jerome Hoffman and Louise Marie Hoffman (Salamone). She is survived by: her children, Mark Bouchard (Karen) of Rigby, Idaho, Debra McDonald of Ferndale, Michigan and Francis Bouchard of Clearfield, Utah.. She is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews (grandchildren) and 16 great nieces and nephews (great-grandchildren).
