She was predeceased by: her parents, Evan Westwood "Ted" Moon and Sarah Ann Hess Moon; her brother Bruce; her niece Alicia Moon Patrick; and her friends, Linda Moon Hill and Joy Rigby Brown.
She is survived by: her husband Chad; her daughters, Angelia Polson (Mike), Kristie Hutchings (Clint) and Stacie London (Mark); her grandchildren, Dallin (Mariah), Kyle (Karlie), Blake, Callie (Ethan), Holland, Brody (Sommer), KaeDee, Cambria, Jordan, Gracie, Zoe and Ty; her great grandchildren, Carter and Covey; and her brothers, Richard Moon (Terry) and Verl Moon (Laura).
Viewing was held on Monday, November 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Compton Bench Chapel (850 N 300 W, Farmington, UT 84025). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
