He is survived by: his wife Sandra Freeland Johnson Kimball; his children, David Johnson (Jamie), Travis Kimball (Brooke), Jeff Milne (Katrina Weaver), Derek Kimball (Whitney) and Sara; and his grandchildren, Ryan, Nicole, David, Alli, Emmett, Bridger, Connor, Wyatt, Paisley and Court.
