He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Kinsey Fulks Sr. and Virginia Donna Mahon; his mother-in-law Donna Marie Rode; his child Russell; his wife Donna; and his children, Linda Godard (Randy), Brenda Jaramillo, Charlie Fulks (Colleen), Wendy Hicks (Darin), Amy Lopez (John), Jonathan Fulks (Jodi), Rusty Fulks and Matthew Fulks. He was also cherished by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
